2. What personal information do we collect?
When filling in a form or subscribing to our mailing list we ask for your name and email address. Following on from these interactions there may be instances when further personal information is shared with us to fulfill some service or enable an interaction.
We use Squarespace to develop and manage our website and use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list. Whenever we collect personal information it is collected either by the Squarespace or Mailchimp platforms, where they hold this information in their systems on our behalf. Both Squarespace and Mailchimp also take privacy very seriously. Copies of their privacy policies can be seen on their respective websites.
3. Do we collect any other information?
Yes, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our website. For details please see the following link which explains how Google uses data when you use our website: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, or any other URL Google may provide from time to time.
4. Do we use ‘cookies’?
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
5. What we don’t do
a. We don’t spam. If you no longer want to receive emails from us you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
b. We don’t collect credit card details.
c. We don’t sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
d. We don’t include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
e. We don’t ignore, and will honour, Do Not Track signals when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.
f. We don’t allow third-party behavioural tracking.
g. We don’t market to children under the age of 13 years old in accordance with COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act).
